Private Instruction

Each week, we offer bouldering workshops for all skill levels. These classes last 1 to 2 hours depending on skill level. To join call in and book an appointment with one of our instructors. Appointments must be made a week in advance.

Intro to Bouldering and Climbing Technique

Join Chris Kiefer for this 4 week class giving new climbers an in-depth introduction to the fundamentals of bouldering and climbing. Free for members, $30 for non-members. 

 

Yoga

Join  Chelsey Tuesdays and Melinda on Thursdays for Yin and Yang style yoga class designed for athletes to build fitness and balance skill.

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is a great way to get fit while having tons of fun!
