3. Add your dependents

If you already have an account, click sign in at the bottom, if not, follow the steps to create your profile

4. Select “Sign waiver”

Select yourself and all minors in your household. Make sure you actually see a waiver pop up, and fully initial and sign it! If you don’t, you probably need to enable pop ups! This is an easier process on a desktop.
